April 1, 2020-NTN Advanced Materials Corporation held its annual entrance ceremony for 2 new employees. President Matsunaga talked about "safety first" and "compliance".


On April 1 2019, NTN Advanced Materials held its annual initial ceremony at Kanie factory for 9 new employees.
President Matsunaga gave a message to them.
“You must think what you can do and make yourself grow instead of expecting others do something for you. Please always keep “safety above all” in mind and protect yourself.”
We hope new employees’ great success.
Kameyama plant conducted a plant tour on October 18, inviting second grade of elementary school in Kameyama.
The students learned about Kameyama plant, manufacturing products, and applications. After that, a Q&A session was held.
This plant tour gave a good opportunity for elementary school students to know our company.
Work place experience for 4 Junior high school students of Suzuka-shi was held for 4 days from September 11 to 14 at Kameyama plant. Kameyama plant held an internship last year. This year a request was received from the junior high school and the second internship was held.
The students had an orientation and a safety education class and plant tours on the first day. After that, they had chance to work at each division.
On the last day, the students held "Result Presentation" in front of a junior high school teacher and managers of each division.
This internship gave a good experience for the students and employees.
A ceremony of "Aichi industrial safety and health conference 2018" was held in Nagoya congress center on July 4th by Aichi Labor standards public interest incorporated association. NTN Advanced Materials received the encouraging prize from chief of Aichi Labor Bureau.

Our safety and health activities were highly evaluated. We have been working on Safety and Health activities with local community and suppliers. We also conduct prevention on similar industrial accidents by sharing NTN group's Industrial Accidents report. There are no industrial accidents more than 10 years in NTN AMC.
We are improving Safety and Health based on the policy that "afety comes first over all".

NTN AMC always conducts Safety and Health education by an outsider advisor and develops their activities of Safety and Health. Their activities are recognized by the Labor Standards Inspection Office and it led to receive a recommendation and the encouraging prize from chief of Aichi Labor Bureau. We expect that AMC keeps Safety and Health activities in high level and become a good model for the other works.
